Course Policy

        Important Note:

        “Human Guidance & Welfare Centre (HGWC)” is the institution name used in the original
        franchise agreement with Preston International College dated 3rd September 2020.
        
        The present administration and academic operations are fully managed by
        Jamiah Minhajis Sunnah (JMS Academy), which is an institution established under
        the As Sunnah Educational & Charitable Trust.

1. Introduction

Human Guidance & Welfare Centre (HGWC) has evolved into an Islamic learning centre offering a range of religious and educational programs such as the Aalim/Aalima Course, Islamic Kids Course, Hifz Course, and other Islamic studies programs. These courses are designed and delivered independently by our institute based on authentic Islamic curriculum.

All certifications, course-completion documents, and degrees provided for these programs are issued solely by our institution. They are not awarded by the government, universities, or any government-approved or affiliated educational bodies. Our certificates represent successful completion of our internal Islamic educational programs and are intended for religious and personal knowledge development.

Over time, the management and academic responsibilities transitioned to JMS Academy to ensure structured administration, improved academic quality, and centralized student support.

2. Current Management Structure

The academic operations, administration, and course management for all programs offered under the HGWC identity are now overseen by:

Jamiah Minhajis Sunnah (JMS Academy)

Course planning & delivery
Faculty appointments
Online & offline class management
Study materials & academic guidance
Examination coordination (where applicable)
Student support & administration

3. Institutional Identity

HGWC is not established as a trust or registered organization. It is a center name used under the original Preston International College franchise agreement.

In contrast, JMS Academy is an Islamic educational institution under the As Sunnah Educational & Charitable Trust.

All current and future educational operations are managed solely under JMS Academy.

4. Payment Gateway Policy

As JMS Academy is the official managing authority, all payments related to courses, admissions, renewals, and educational services will appear under the name:

Students will receive receipts and confirmation messages issued by JMS Academy.

5. Course Delivery Policy

All courses will follow the standards set by JMS Academy, including:

Live online classes
Recorded lectures
Offline classes (if applicable)
Assignments and assessments
Access to study materials

6. Examinations & Certification

JMS Academy is responsible for conducting examinations and issuing certificates for all courses currently offered. The certificate format may vary depending on program type.

Certificates will carry the official identity of JMS Academy.

7. Student Conduct Policy

Students must follow Islamic etiquette and maintain ethical conduct.
Respect toward instructors and peers is mandatory.
Academic dishonesty or disruptive behavior will result in disciplinary action.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Admission/enrollment fees are strictly non-refundable.
Course fees are non-refundable once classes or materials are accessed.
Special cases may be reviewed at the discretion of JMS Academy management.

9. Transparency & Policy Updates

JMS Academy ensures complete transparency regarding course rules, fee structures, updates, and academic procedures. Changes in policy will be announced through the official portal.
